Cottage Description

Parc Gwair or 'Hay Meadow' Is an exceptional country property less than two miles from the Cardigan Bay coast with eight acres of carefully tended meadows and views over the neighboring countryside. There is a Pygmy Goat, 3 Alpacas, 2 donkeys, chickens and usually lambs in the spring, which the children can help to feed.

The large garden has raised decking with patio furniture, a gas barbecue and extensive play facilities for children. The Crown Inn Pub and Restaurant at Llwyndafydd is only a few hundred yards down a peaceful country lane from the house. The owner's live in the adjacent annexe so you are assured of a warm greeting. Wireless Broadband is available in the holiday cottage.ACCOMMODATION Parc Gwair has 3 bedrooms sleeping a MAXIMUM of five people, as well as children, No under threes are excepted due to no cot, highchair etc.

It is limited to five guests to provide extra comfort and space. There are two double bedrooms, 1 upstairs with a king-sized bed and en-suite luxury shower room, the other double being downstairs. Also upstairs there is a large twin bedroom, with another en-suite luxury shower room. All the bedrooms have TVs with DVD, and in the twin bedroom there is an X-box games console.

Quality bed linen and tea towels are supplied but not towels. The downstairs family luxury bathroom with under-floor heating has a roll-top bath with his and hers vanity units, while the upstairs luxurious en-suites have double-sized showersThe comfy sitting / Dining room Has a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player with a large supply of DVD movies.

There is a log burner with the initial supply of logs provided. extra fuel can be purchased locally or from the owner. The compact, fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge and all the usual small appliances. Separately there is an automatic washing machine and small freezer. There is extra freezer space in the outside storage area if required.
