Cottage Description

One of three properties well set in forty acres of valley surrounded by a majestic oak forest. Ideal for all year round occupation with the added bonus of a private hot tub.

Shire Lodge offers a sitting room with electric wood burner effect stove, dining room and well equipped kitchen. The double bedroom has a four poster bed and a en suite basin and WC. Shower room/WC.

Two TVs (freeview), DVD, enclosed garden with furniture and decked area, fridge/freezer, pets allowed (must be under strict control on a lead at all times), regret no children, tumble dryer, radio/CD, easy walking access.

The whole farm is a conservation area and offers wild life ponds, and a small river for recreational fishing. There are swings and seating areas, and an area that has an aspect towards the mountains offering fabulous sunsets. Beautiful National Trust beaches and the chance to take part in some seal and dolphin watching boat trips.

The more active can take part in white water rafting and there is plenty of fishing available. Take a trip on the narrow gauge steam railway, while Llandysul is just two miles away and offers many amenities. There is a village shop/Post Office and an excellent pub with food conveniently placed at the end of the farm drive.
