Situated in the South Wales town of Laugharne near to the popular seaside town of Tenby is this charming single storey semi-detached cottage. Sitting within the owner's smallholding and surrounded by beautiful countryside, this property can accommodate up to six people.

Barn Cottage has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with adult bunk beds. There is also a wet room with a shower, which has a chair and a raised toilet seat. Handrails and grab rails are located throughout the property. The open plan living space has a fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting room. Guests also have access to a shared games room. This property is suitable for wheelchair access.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

This property enjoys full gas central heating. In the kitchen, there is an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Barn Cottage also boasts a flat screen colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player, books, games, DVDs and there is Wi-Fi availability. All of the fuel and power is included in the rent and guests are provided with bed linen. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside there is off road parking for two vehicles and a storage shed for bicycles. The property also has a decked patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Guests are welcome to use a large shared meadow area, which has children's swings and slides and there is access to visit all of the owners' animals and birds by arrangement. Guests are welcome to bring two well-behaved pets, but they must be kept under strict control whilst outside. Stabling for guests' own horses is available for an additional cost. There are shops and pubs just two miles away.

Local Town Description

The town of Laugharne is renowned for its associations with the poet Dylan Thomas. His Boat House and the garage, where he wrote most of his works are available to visit. There is a nearby sandy beach at Pendine and the popular seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are within easy reach.
