Offering sleeping space for up to six people, you will be impressed with the spacious accommodation on offer at this former farm worker's cottage in the lovely south west Walian hamlet of Caio.

Positioned in the grounds of a small holding, the property has accommodation that comprises two bedrooms both of which are located in the eaves. They are laid out as a twin and a double, and there is a ground floor shower room with WC, basin and shower. There is a lovely open day time space offering an attractive fitted kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed and wood burner, and a dining space.

Three car off road parking, plus barbecue and outdoor furniture for use in enclosed lawned garden.

Amenities/Accommodation Overview

Inclusive of bed linen, towels, fuel and power, heating by way of free standing electric heaters plus sitting room wood burner. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. TV with freeview, DVD, CD, games, DVDs and books. Permanent stairgates, also high chair and travel cot availability. Regret no smoking, two well behaved pets allowed, ten minutes walk to pub and shop. Please note that there is limited headroom to the bedrooms.

Local Town Description

Located just ten miles from Lampeter, the property is well set in lovely rural surroundings just to the north west of the Brecon Beacons National Park, and at the southern end of the picturesque Cambrian Mountains. Make use of the splendid local pub that provides excellent food, and explore Caio and Brechfa Forests.

A holiday here would be really popular with outdoor enthusiasts where you have a choice between walking the wonderful Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, or heading off into the wilds of the Brecon Beacons, and even the Black Mountains.

Wildlife buffs will love the chance to watch red kites or visit the RSPB feeding stations to be found in the area, while there are great days out at the National Botanical Gardens, Aberglasney Gardens or Dinefwr Park.
