Cottage Description

The property comprises a single storey cottage, forming part of a U-shaped development of three such properties on the smallholding belonging to the owners.

Positioned at Laugharne, just sixteen miles from Tenby, the ground floor accommodation comprises three bedrooms, being two doubles and a third with adult bunks. There is a wet room with hand rails, WC, basin and shower. The open plan day time accommodation offers sitting, dining and kitchen areas.

A converted caravan offers a games room with darts and pool, and there is furniture and a barbecue to enjoy the decked area. There are swings and slides in the shared meadow area, and access by arrangement to the owner's birds and animals. Two car off road parking.

Book the two adjoining properties at the same time for a total sleeping accommodation of up to eighteen people.

Local Town Description

The world famous Welsh poet, Dylan Thomas wrote many of his fine works during the time that he lived in the boat house at Laugharne, which is open for viewing. Enjoy walks and strolls, plus the possibility of a cream tea or a drink afterwards. Visit the wonderful Pendine Sands where land speed records have been set over the years, and take in the museum.

The local resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are very much part of the West Walian holiday scene, and you will find that this a great part of the world for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts generally with water sports and fishing. Oakwood Theme Park is a top attraction.
