Cottage Description

Idyllic dairy farm setting, and having marvellous views over hills and countryside, Llecheigon Farmhouse is located just three miles from Carmarthen. A great place for large family groups and reunions, take advantage of the owner's offer to be shown around the farm.

Spacious sitting room, well proportioned and equipped kitchen/dining room with beams and Rayburn, leading to a kitchen that offers an electric cooker and fitted units. There is table football in the utility room. A twin bedroom having en suite wet room with hall access, shower cubicle and WC (suitable for the disabled). The first floor provides a double bedroom with TV and an extra single bed for one as well as an en suite shower room/WC. There is a twin bedroom, two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Bathroom/WC with shower over the bath.

Two stairgates, two TVs, washing machine, CD, barbecue, cot, dishwasher, garden having furniture and patio, high chair, microwave, parking, payphone, tumble dryer, one medium sized dog allowed, inclusive of oil central heating (17th September to 6th May - other dates by arrangement). Linen (duvets) included, parking, Rayburn. Table football and video.

Splendid dairy farm setting, and close to many of the locality's attractions, including the lovely beach at Llansteffan. Interesting gardens and houses and the famous National Botanical Gardens of Wales.

There is first class walking throughout the area, and also the Gwelli Steam Railway. Oakwood Leisure Park promises fun for all the family, and nearby Carmarthen has all the amenities that you need including indoor pool, sports centre, theatre, and cinema. Golf, fishing and sailing can be found close at hand. One mile to a country pub with food.
