Cottage Description

Set by a babbling brook, this pleasing detached cottage occupies a fine countryside location not far from Clunderwen in Pembrokeshire. This is a scattered rural community not far from the Preselli Hills, and well placed to explore both coast and country.

The two bedrooms are offered as a double and a single with an extra pull out bed. The ground floor bathroom has a WC, basin, bath with shower over. Two sitting rooms and a kitchen that offers a dining area.

Two car off road parking. Large lawned garden with patio which is great for al fresco dining. Plenty of space for children to run around.

Inclusive of towels, bed linen, power and fuel. Full oil central heating, washing machine, freezer, fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven, CD/radio, DVD, TV with freeview, books, games and DVDs. Booster seat and travel cot availability, regret no smoking and no pets. One mile to pub and shop.

Children must be supervised at all times due to the proximity of the brook. The property shares a driveway with another residential property.

Pembrokeshire has long been recognised as a fine holiday destination for those seeking a bit of peace and quiet, with walkers in particular loving the coastal path and the Preselli Mountains. Having said that the vibrancy of Tenby and the thrills and spills of Oakwood Theme Park will offer alternatives for those seeking more action in their holiday break.

Great beaches at Tenby, Barafundle and Broad Haven, and Zoos, Folly Farm and Bluestone are other attractions. Great wildlife particularly around the coast for outdoor enthusiasts, including the chance to see seals and dolphins.

The property was on its own and very private. It was so well equipped in the kitchen and the bathroom was new with a fantastic shower.
