This charming and unique property offers exceedingly cosy and stylish accommodation as it holds a fantastic position above the River Devon on the outskirts of the village which lies in the magical Ochil Hills. There is angling on a half mile length of the river and other outdoor activities that are available include wildlife watching, walking and off-road driving while the world reputed Gleneagles Complex offers world class golf, shooting and riding. The magnificent and historic towns of Perth and Stirling are within a half hour drive and both provide superb shops and restaurants as well as a theatre, leisure amenities and attractions such as Scone Palace, Perth Racecourse, Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument. The local shop is just 2 miles way, and there is a lovely inn serving fine food and exquisite drink just 100m away.

Lavender cottage has been entirely redecorated and refurbished. The cottage is well-lit, snug and welcoming with brilliant fittings and furnishings. There are enchanting enclosed shared gardens and the living room leads out onto a private terrace with outdoor garden furniture and a barbecue gazing over the river in a deep gorge below. The property is made up of one double and one twin bedroom each with en suite shower room (cot available if needs require), wonderfully vivid living room with a double sofa bed, dining/kitchen and a family bathroom. Cooking is powered by gas hob/electric oven and there is gas central heating. You will also have use of the fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, television, DVD player and a CD player. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
