This 19th century property comes with two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people. It is located in Rhos-on-Sea and enjoys this wonderful position near to Conwy in North Wales. Based at Rhos-on-Sea, close to Conwy in North Wales, this property enjoys being near to a coastal resort and is only a 5 minute walk from the amenities and facilities available in this quaint seaside town. The actual accommodation offers traditional and cosy living. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining area. The living room has a table football and is bound to keep the children entertained on a rainy day. There is also one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a delightful enclosed lawn garden that has seating and an arbour. The sea front, restaurants and shops are all just a short walk away. There is also an opportunity to discover the town's history with some castles and stunning scenery all around. There is an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine in the kitchen. The living area has a flat screen TV, video player, CD player and a choice of videos and books for guests to use during their stay. Fuel, power and bed linen are all supplied. Roadside parking is available. The lawn garden is enclosed and has a seating area with outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, no smoking or pets are allowed. The nearest pubs, shops, restaurants and the waterfront are only a 5 minute walk away. Local Town Description Apple Tree Beach Cottage is based at Rhos-on-Sea on the coast of North Wales and lies close to Conwy, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. The town itself is sheltered by the visually stunning Colwyn Bay and Penrhyn Bay. It also lies in the shadow of Bryn Euryn. During their visit, tourists can make the most of the local area by enjoying a walk up Bryn Euryn, walking along the promenade by the sea front or even taking a boat trip. The popular village of Betws-y-Coed is also a great place to visit with a fascinating story to tell. The historic Conwy Castle is also an interesting place to visit and helps to give and insight into what life was like during medieval times in North Wales.

The garden was a big hit with our 8 year old son, with lots of places to hide and big enough for a game of football. The table football was another great addition!
