Cottage Description

One of two properties that are well positioned in delightful grounds running to an acre. There is plenty of character on display with beams and a wood burner in a feature fireplace.

The Farmhouse offers a sitting room with wood burning stove, dining room, and kitchen with a range and a dining area. The first floor has a double bedroom having a six foot bed and an en suite bathroom with WC. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom/WC has a shower over the bath.

Inclusive of gas heating, electricity, towels, linen (duvets) and first supply of logs (more available at cost). TV with freeview, radio/cassette/CD, DVD, larder fridge, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, travel cot and high chair availability, hairdryer, parking, regret no smoking and no pets, gas barbecue, shared grounds with furniture and patio, pond (children must be supervised at all times).

There is much to entertain you locally, including riding, walking and bird watching, while golfers will have a choice of courses to tackle. Conwy, just three miles away is a World Heritage Site because of its castle and magnificent town walls, and Victorian Llandudno, one of the top coastal resorts is only five miles away. Five minutes walk to shop and a pub with food.
