Cottage Description
The house sleeps 5/6 in 3 bedrooms - one double, one twin and one single with an extra full-sized bed available. Downstairs, the large lounge/dining room has patio doors leading onto the enclosed garden. TV, DVD and CD player are provided. The luxury kitchen has a range cooker, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and table for informal eating. There is a downstairs toilet and spacious family bathroom with electric shower over the bath upstairs. Storage heaters or electric heating is provided in all rooms. Bed linen and towels are provided.Outside there is garden furniture, BBQ and a selection of garden and beach toys for the children. One small dog is welcome. This is a NO SMOKING property.

Leave the A55 at junction 19 and take the A 470, signed Betws y Coed. Turn left onto Bodnant Road, signed Eglwysbach. On reaching the village, turn right into Heol Martin then 2nd right into Heol Ffynnon Asa. The property is on the right. |

Local Area Description: The local area really has something for everyone, whether you seek the exciting outdoor pursuits of Snowdonia or white water rafting at Llangollen, or the more sedate charms of Victorian Llandudno or the walled town of Conwy with its magnificent castle. Wonderful walking, and the spectacular National Trust Bodnant Garden, is available on the doorstep. The RSPB reserve at Conwy is about 10 minutes drive. Spectacular alpine scenery at Betws y Coed is just a short drive away. There are beautiful beaches at Llandudno and Colwyn Bay.The children will enjoy a day at the zoo at Colwyn Bay.
