A newly built, timber clad lodge with 4 bedrooms, sleeps 7, Furnished and finished to a high standard, Situated in a peaceful area of Cornwall, Ideally situated for exploring the beaches and fishing villages, 15 minute drive to Eden Project.

A spacious open plan living area with patio doors offering access to the decked garden. Furnished with 2 plush sofas, a wooden coffee table and a side table.

Furnished with a 36 inch LCD TV (integrated Freeview and DVD player). There is also a large wooden dining table with eight matching wicker chairs.

The well-equipped kitchen comprises of integrated appliances as well as an electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. Full range of utensils and accessories as well as a toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite

Situated on the ground floor. Furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with matching lamps and a fitted wardrobe. The en-suite comprises of a large shower cubicle, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail and toilet.

Bedroom two

Situated on the ground floor. Furnished with a single bed, bedside table, lamp and fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 with en-suite

Situated on the on the first floor and furnished with a double bed and 2 bedside tables with matching lamps. The en-suite comprises of a shower cubicle, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail and toilet.

Bedroom four

Situated on the on the first floor and furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with matching lamps, chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe.

Bathrooms

The downstairs bathroom comprises of a shower cubicle, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail and toilet. The upstairs bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over the bath, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail and toilet.

The en-suite to bedroom 1 comprises of a large shower cubicle, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail and toilet. The en-suite to bedroom 3 comprises of a shower cubicle, wash basin, mirror, heated towel rail and toilet.
