Number twelve Rosehill is a 3 bedroom property located in the tranquil village of Little Petherick just 2 miles from the angling town of Padstow. Padstow is a traditional angling town located on the North Cornwall coast, just a 25 minute drive from the lively town of Newquay. Padstow benefits from a protected position in the Camel Estuary, guests can sit and take pleasure in watching the boats land their catch, try their hand at some angling or take pleasure in some delicious cuisine in 1 of Padstows many cafes and restaurants. There are also plenty of shops to wander around.

Main family bathroom is located on the ground floor features a toilet, bath, wash basin and mirror. En-suite to bedroom 1 features toilet, shower cubicle, wash basin and mirror.

Large decked area complete with garden furniture and barbecue. Balconies off the mezzanine living area and bedroom 1. Just a short drive to Padstow and beaches. Parking for two cars.
