About six miles from Launceston, the Annexe is a ground floor apartment forming part of the bungalow belonging to the owner. Self contained with its own entrance there is quality holiday accommodation for up to three people, this including a child's fold out bed. Ground floor accommodation includes a double bedroom, and a shower room with cubicle, basin and WC. Open plan daytime accommodation that offers kitchen and dining areas plus a sitting space with an electric fire and room for a child's fold up bed. One car off road parking and private patio. Further use of the owner's garden with barbecue, sun loungers and other furniture. Beautiful sweeping views towards Dartmoor. Amenities/Accommodation Overview Inclusive of power, fuel, towels and bed linen. Full gas heating, fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven. DVD, TV, books and DVDs. Use of the washer and dryer in the owner's utility room. Child's fold up bed. Regret no smoking, one well behaved dog allowed, ten minutes walk to pub, four miles to the shop. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of two adults, and infant and a child. Local Town Description Trekenner is a delightful hamlet adjacent to the Devon/Cornwall border and hence ideally placed for the twin moorland Parks of Bodmin and Dartmoor. Half a mile to a pub with dining, and only two miles to the beautiful River Tamar. Indulge in some touring and day tripping to lovely places such as Looe, Polperro, Plymouth, Padstow and Bude.

It was very quiet, yet the pub was close to hand. There are plenty of walks and very central for both Cornwall and Devon.

Owners made us particularly welcome with milk and a home baked cake and flowers left for us upon arrival. The Annexe is completely self contained with it's own access and parking space. An ideal base for touring Cornwall and Devon.
