Sitting only 4 miles from Ballymena and 22 miles from the port of Larne, this delicately restored traditional farmhouse is situated on a 300 acre farm which is within the Garron Plateau. Boasting fantastic views across the Slemish Mountain it is a tranquil retreat for artists, bird watchers and walkers. The area is one of the most amazing settings in Ireland. It contains the nine Glens of Antrim, the Garron Plateau, the unique coastline and the legendary Giant's Causeway. All of these are very easy to access from this very central position, ideal for tourists. Ballymena town is buzzing with a host of shops and friendly pubs. The shop is only 4 miles away with the pub just 2.5 miles away. The restaurant is also only just 4 miles away with the beach 12 miles away. The ground floor consists of a lounge, diner/kitchen and a utility room. The first floor is made up of a kingsize double, twin and a bathroom with a separate shower. The electricity and oil central heating come included as standard along with an open fire and a starter pack. Linen and towels are also included. A welcome pack will be put out for your arrival. A hair dryer, cot and high chair will also be available. A TV, radio, stereo tape player, freezer, microwave and washing machine are all included. There is a private enclosed garden with garden furniture and a bbq which is suitable for relaxing outside. Off road parking is available but sadly, no smoking or pets are allowed.
