The first floor has a double, 4ft double bed, child bunk and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The electricity and oil is read by the meter. There is an open fire with a starter pack plus bed linen is included. The TV has UK TV channels and a welcome pack will be available upon your arrival. There is a hairdryer, cot, high chair, stair gate, video player, CD, DVD player, microwave, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher included. The garden is slightly enclosed and has a patio area, furniture and BBQ. The locked shed can be made available for storage. Private off road parking is available.
