The shop and pub are just 880 yards away and the beach is a stone's throw away at 10 yards away. The ground floor consists of a lounge/diner, kitchen, two doubles ? one with an en suite shower room, single room plus a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The electricity is included as standard. Gas central heating is supplied at a supplement of 25 pound between October and May. Towels and linen are also included. There are deck chairs, UK TV channels, a travel cot, a flame effect fire, high chair, TV, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer and freezer all provided. The property has an open plan garden with off road parking available. Sadly, no pets are allowed.
