Cottage Description
Portstewart is now believed to be the crown jewel of the Causeway Coast which is impressive for a tiny fishing village. Shadowed by headlands and rocky cliffs, it has a crescent-shaped seat front promenade that stretches along the coast. Portstewart Strand, a fantastic golden beach, lies just to the west of the village. It is accessible by a cliff side walk and by road. It has all the ingredients for a tremendous family holiday. There are brilliant beaches, idyllic coastal walks and a rocky coastline that borders its promenade. Three golf courses, a stunning harbour, tennis courts and a wealth of villages are all near by. A shop, pub and beach can all be found merely 440 yards away. The ground floor is made up of a lounge/ diner, kitchen, a second lounge and a conservatory. The first floor has two doubles. One comes with an en suite shower room, where as the second comes with a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a toilet. Electricity is included as standard. There is an oil central heating supplement between October and April whilst towels and linen are included as well. A hair dryer, UK TV channels, welcome pack, TV, flame effect fire, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, washing machine and dryer are all standard. The slightly enclosed garden has a patio area with patio furniture. Off road parking is private and one pet is allowed.
