Not too far from the village of Annalong, this recently built property is located within a residential area and is fully equipped for holiday makers who visit. The open lounge has a huge TV and an open fire. It is ideally situated to explore the Silent Valley, by car and foot, and is therefore a superb place for walkers to stay. Annalong is a quaint village and rests between the more vibrant resorts of Kilkeel and Newcastle where you can enjoy the ice creams along the promenade, Blue Flag beaches and golf. With Belfast just 40 miles away and Newry 25 miles, it is a brilliant location. The shop, pub and restaurant are 880 yards away with the beach 6 miles away. Ground floor consists of a lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room and a toilet. The first floor includes a double room, twin room, single room and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Electricity and oil central heating are provided. The bed linen and towels are also included. A hairdryer, TV with UK TV channels, welcome pack, flame effect fire, cot, DVD player, CD, freezer, microwave and dishwasher are all available for use. The garden is partially enclosed with garden furniture and facilities for a BBQ. Off road parking is available. Sadly, no pets or smoking are allowed.
