Set within 60 acres of farmland and within close reach of Banbridge, the cottage has been converted from a former 247-year-old barn and includes gorgeous new features such as exposed stonework, pine floors and a wood burning stove; as well as many period items. It is wheelchair friendly with Category One status and there are both outdoor and indoor play areas. This detached cottage comes with all the amenities you expect from a holiday home such as electricity and oil central heating included along with linen and towels. There is also internet access, a TV with UK channels, a hairdryer, cot, high chair, stair gate, DVD player, freezer, dishwasher and fully enclosed garden with barbeque. There are three bedrooms with capacity for six people. However, as beautiful as Banbridge Barn is in its own right, it's the location you'll really be interested in with spectacular panoramic views of rolling countryside and the mountains of Mourne. Despite this countryside setting with a golf course just 0.25miles away, it is also less than 30minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Belfast. There is also a leisure centre and indoor pool, cinema, and a fishing river within a mile of the property. A little further afield you can also take advantage of a children's playground, tennis courts, forest walks, horse riding and coastal walks.
