This property is one of three that offers tranquil surroundings and eye-catching views of the countryside and rolling hills whilst only being 1 mile from Banbridge and a 30 minute drive from Belfast. The original features have been kept by the owner and the wood burning stove ensures the atmosphere is ambient and cosy. There is an 18-hole golf course near to the property while only 1 mile away there is fishing, leisure centre with an indoor pool and a cinema. The shop, pub and restaurant are only 1 mile away. The beach is just 18 miles away. The ground floor includes a utility room with basin, two double rooms all with en suite shower rooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The first floor is made up of a lounge/kitchen/diner, double room with en suite bathroom shower over the bath. Electricity and oil central heating is provided. The wood burner comes with a starter pack, and there is linen and towels included. You will also find internet access, hairdryer, TV with UK TV channels, welcome pack, high chair, travel cot, stair gate, music centre, DVD player, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer available to use.
