Lying just 6 miles from the lively town of Newry, this lovely home is situated within a small development on the fringe of Mayobridge village. It is decorated to an elite standard and the position it is in allows it to be a superb base to explore the Mourne Mountains and enjoy the local attractions that the surrounding area has to offer. These include Ballydougan Pottery at Bloomvale House, Castlewellan Forest Park and Killevy Old Churches. Other sites of interest might be horse riding, cycling and fishing, depending on your taste. The shop is only 176 yards, as is the pub. The nearest restaurant is only 1 mile away and the closest beach is 12 miles away. Ground floor includes a lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room and a toilet. First floor consists of two double rooms, a single room and a bathroom with a separate shower. SF double. Electricity and oil central heating are included. There is also an open fire with a starter pack. The linen and towels are provided. You can use a hairdryer, high chair, travel cot, TV, DVD player, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer which are all at your disposal. The garden is entirely enclosed with garden furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking. Sadly, no pets are allowed.
