This outstanding property is just 5 minutes down a lane. It is 1.75 miles from Cloghly village and 6 miles from the town of Portaferry which can be found at the tip of the Ards peninsula where you can grab a ferry to Strangford. Stylishly furnished, it has immaculate sea views from the doorstep. The grounds are open and spacious whilst the sea is only a matter of yards away so caution should be taken with regards to pets and young children. The surrounding area is a designated natural beauty site and is close to a number of sites that hold special scientific interest as well as historical relics. The shop is just 1.75 miles away with the pub and restaurant only 200 yards away. The beach is just 2 miles away. The ground floor is made up of a lounge/kitchen/diner, two double rooms, an adult bunk with a single and a bathroom with a shower over the bath as well as a separate shower room. Electricity and oil central heating are included, as is an open fire with a starter pack. The linen and towels are provided. You will also have use of a TV, sky, video, DVD player, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. The garden is open plan with a patio area, decked area and patio furniture. There is a shared driveway with off road parking available. One small pet is welcome.
