Positioned in the heart of Portaferry on the Ards Peninsula, and just 1 mile from Strangford village, this is a remarkable property. It is stylishly furnished on the inside with fully equipped kitchen, cosy bedrooms plus a patio at the back which is ideal for taking in a barbeque during the summer months. There is a lot to do in the area from golfing, walking along the marina which is just 5 minutes walk away, fishing in the well known Strangford Lough and also sailing all within a close distance. There is plenty to do for the family and a holiday to be cherished for many years. The shop, pub and restaurant are only 176 yards away with the beach 3 miles away. Ground floor includes a lounge/kitchen/diner. The first floor is made up of two double rooms, one with en suite shower room, a twin room and a shower room. Electricity and oil central heating are provided as are the linen and towels. A hairdryer, welcome pack, TV, freezer, microwave, washing machine and a dryer are all available. There is a slightly enclosed garden with a patio area, garden furniture and a BBQ. Sadly, no pets are allowed.
