Lying on the shores of Lough Erne and only 4 miles from Enniskillen, this beautiful house delivers luxury and comfort as a paramount. It is located in one of Europe's undiscovered diamond areas for tourism. The house can hold up to 14 people and your large family gathering can be entirely catered for with minimal fuss. In an area of outstanding natural beauty you can relax and watch the boats sail by, hire a local angling guide (Ghillie), try one of the numerous championship golf courses or just venture out to explore this untouched area. The shop, pub and restaurant are only 4 miles away with the beach just 35 miles away. Ground floor consists of a lounge, kitchen, dining room, drawing room, utility room, conservatory, three double rooms, two with en suite bathroom, one with en suite shower room and a twin with en suite bathroom. First floor is made up of two double rooms one with en suite Jacuzzi and a kingsize double with en suite jacuzzi. The electricity and oil central heating is provided along with an open fire with a starter pack. The linen and towels are also included. Feel free to make use of the TV with UK TV channels, welcome pack, cot, high chair, DVD player, CD, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a totally enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ facilities. Sadly, no pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted.
