Cottage Description
Situated just 2.5 miles from Castlerock and 5 miles from Coleraine, this cottage is sat in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is part of a tiny group of properties on the brink of Springwell Forest which is great for rambles, picnics and dog walking. The house has been redecorated to be more modern and is fully equipped to make your visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. There is a garden at the back of the house which is entirely fenced so it is totally secure for dogs and children. Outside the back there is a deck area with a table and four chairs. Only down a few steps and you will be in the garden. There is a BBQ to enjoy as well. The shop, pub, restaurant and beach are only 6 miles away. The ground floor is made up of a lounge/diner, kitchen, double room, twin room, single room and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Electricity and oil central heating are provided. The linen and towels are provided. A hairdryer, electric fire, cot, high chair, TV, DVD player, radio, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer are all available to use. The garden is fully enclosed with a decked area, garden furniture and a BBQ. There is private off road parking. Pets are welcome but no smoking is allowed.
