Soaking up superb views of the Sperrin Mountains, this delightfully restored farmhouse is secluded in a marvellous conservation area. It has three bedrooms and is only 5.5 miles from Cookstown. Just 1 mile from Springhill House National Trust property and the Manor Home Model Village it is in a great position for exploring the surrounding area. It is also near to golf courses, rivers, lakes, fishing and mountains. The shop, pub and restaurant are all within 1 mile with the beach 37 miles away. The ground floor consists of a lounge, kitchen/diner, utility room, double room and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The first floor is made up of a lounge, two twin rooms, and a bathroom with separate shower. Electricity and oil central heating are provided as is an open fire. The linen and towels are included. A hairdryer, aga style stove, cot, TV, satellite TV, video, CD, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer are also available. There is a slightly enclosed garden with a BBQ. Off road parking is available. Pets are welcome but no smoking is allowed.
