Forming part of a pleasing modern development of eye catching apartments and town houses, Swan is a delightful place to spend a relaxing holiday break. Each property has a terrace getting the best of a waterside location.

The accommodation offers a lounge with dining area and kitchen. There is a double bedroom and a shower/WC. The first floor has a double bedroom with five foot bed and a twin bedroom.

Inclusive of towels, linen (duvet),gas central heating and electricity. TV/DVD with freeview, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, CD, travel cot, parking, waterside terrace (children must be supervised at all times), parking, shared grounds, adventure swings for the kids, no smoking, one dog allowed, easy walking access, accommodation will be allocated on arrival - layouts vary.

The canal, which runs towards Lancaster has small boats moored and swans and ducks moving gently through. Walkers and water enthusiasts will be in their element, particularly those interested in barges and canoes. There are lovely views with the Lake District fells to be seen in the distance.

Being one of four properties, you are thirteen miles from Kendal and fifteen miles from the southern edge of the Lake District National Park. You are also only half an hour's drive from the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Lancaster, nine miles away has parks, castles, museums, theatre and the famous university. Beautiful Morecambe Bay and Arnside are worth a visit, and wildlife enthusiasts will want to see RSPB Leighton Moss. Great local pubs and craft shops. There is a farm village and animals to be petted.
