A pleasing semi-detached holiday cottage having eighteenth century origins and located close to the lovely beach at Instow. Across the River Torridge estuary, and accessed by a pedestrian ferry, you will find Appledore with its quay, galleries, shops and pubs.

The accommodation offers an open plan arrangement with sitting room having a wood burner and slate floor, well equipped kitchen and dining area. Cloaks/WC. The first floor offers two double bedrooms with six foot beds (can be twins if requested), bathroom having WC and shower over bath.

Washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, DVD, flatscreen TV with freeview, radio/CD, hairdryer, high chair and stairgate availability. Inclusive of electricity, gas heating, linen (duvets) and towel, first supply of logs (further supplies at cost price), outdoor furniture for use in garden, regret no pets and no smoking. Radiator heating to the first floor, underfloor heating on the ground floor.

You will not not be short of things to do and places to visit in this lovely part of the world, the dramatic North Devon coast and rugged Exmoor will ensure that. The local centre of Bideford offers a quay to take boat trips to Lundy which is two hours away, and there is a chance to call at the farmer's market at Westward Ho!. As a mark of its convenience throughout the area, you are only an hour and a half's drive to the famous Eden Project.
