Cottage Description

An exceptional converted farmhouse located in the beautiful wooded surroundings of the Tamar Valley, Eascott is positioned on a working sheep farm ensuring that you have an abundance of wildlife.

The four bedroomed accommodation sleeps up to eight people ensuring that there is plenty of room for friends and larger family groups. Sitting room, well presented kitchen with dining space and original features, cloaks/WC. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom offering a five foot bed and an en suite bathroom/WC having separate shower cubicle. There is another double bedroom with a five foot bed and this has an en suite shower/WC. The other two bedrooms are twins with one having 2'6" beds for children. There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Inclusive of bed linen (duvets), oil central heating and electricity. Wi-fi, satellite TV, DVD, and radio/CD. Washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, larder fridge, microwave, tumble dryer and hairdryer. High chair and cot availability, enclosed garden with barbecue and furniture, regret no smoking and no pets, parking space, shared children's play area, fishing available locally (licence required), adjoining small pub with darts and pool table, but no food).

The north coast has much to explore in the way of beaches, coves and cliffs, and the fine surfing at Widemouth Bay. Top spots to visit include Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle, all with a charm and beauty of their own, while the steep streets of Clovelly that lead down to the harbour are almost unique. The former Cornish county town of Launceston is just eleven miles away, and there are water sports at Tamar Lakes. Wonderful golf courses and walking. The adjoining pub is run by the owner and is great for an evening drink, regrettably no food. Six miles to the shop.
