Set with similar style properties, Falcon's Perch is a tastefully presented barn conversion of pleasing quality and well proportioned accommodation.

There is a sitting room, dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is also a twin bedroom which can be a six foot double by request. En suite shower room/WC. On the upper floor is a double bedroom having en suite WC/shower, a further double bedroom and finally a twin bedroom. There is a shower over the bath in the bathroom/WC.

Inclusive of linen (duvets, towels (please bring own towels for the swimming pool), electricity and heating. DVD, TV, DAB radio, site wi-fi access. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, parking, and hairdryer. Stair gate, high chair and travel cot availability, outdoor furniture and patio, fenced river (care should be taken), regret no smoking, two dogs maximum allowed. Large function room available by request, with room for up to thirty three people.

In an area criss crossed by magnificent riding, cycling and walking tracks, the property is to be found at the end of a private drive amidst wonderful scenery. Community shop and a great pub with food and award winning ales. Close to Okehampton and Hatherleigh, you will want to include Rosemoor RHS Gardens, Widecombe, Castle Drogo and Dartmoor in your travels. Great beaches at Westward Ho and Bude.

Fine position around a beautiful courtyard (car free apart from loading and unloading), games room, children's play area, three acres of grounds edged by the the River Okement. Heated indoor swimming pool.
