Located in the oldest area of the popular seaside town of Ilfracombe is this third floor apartment, which sits on the top floor of a former Victorian hotel. This property has been superbly renovated and can accommodate up to six people. Harbour View Apartment has one double bedroom, one family bedroom with a double bed and adult bunks and there is a well-presented family bathroom. The apartment also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full gas central heating throughout. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Harbour View also features a colour TV, DVD player and a CD/radio. All of the fuel and power is included in the price and guests are supplied with bed linen and towels. Outside the property, there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis with car parking permits available from the Ilfracombe Tourist Information Centre, for use in local car parks. No pets are allowed. This is a no smoking property. There are shops, pubs and a beach within a five-minute walk. Access to a balcony is via a window in the kitchen and has low Victorian handrails, so children should be supervised at all times. Local Town Description The seaside town of Ilfracombe is a vibrant place with two beaches and is located on the North Devon coastline. There is a good selection of pubs, restaurants, shops and there is a charming harbour area. Exmoor National Park is within easy reach and popular for walks with stunning scenery or guests can take a day trip from the town to Lundy Island. The delightful coastal villages of Lynton, Clovelly and Lynmouth are nearby and the town of Hartland is within easy reach.

Local Area Description
