Shepherd's Cottage is set with similar barn style conversions only a short drive from the super sandy beach at Instow, Across the estuary, you will find the lovely fishing and sea faring port of Appledore with galleries and a bustling quayside.

The property finds itself on a working farm location three miles from Bideford, with accommodation offered as a well proportioned sitting room having an open fire, as well as a well equipped kitchen area. There is one step up to the dining area. There is a five foot bed in the double bedroom. Up a floor, you will find a second double bedroom with a five foot bed, and a shower room with WC. Z-bed for one.

Great touring to be enjoyed in this part of North Devon, and you will not want to miss out on the chance to explore Bideford, and local beaches such as Woolacombe, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton. Great local surfing, plus retail therapy at the Atlantic outlet village.

Rugged, atmospheric Exmoor exudes its Lorna Doone connections, and pretty Lynton and Lynmouth must be viewed in conjunction. Steeply winding Clovelly, Watersmeet, Badgeworthy Water, Hartland Point and Bude. Two and a half miles to pub with food.
