Set at Monkswell House, Horrabridge, the property is one of two located within the grounds of the owners secluded grounds. This property takes the form of a modern studio, while the other, the Coach House has four hundred year old connections. Wonderful countryside setting having direct Dartmoor access.

There are steps to the entrance, open plan studio arrangement with sitting room, double bed, well presented kitchen/dining area, WC and shower room.

Washing machine, microwave, music system and TV with freeview. Inclusive of electricity, night storage heaters, linen (duvets) and towels, parking, outdoor furniture and fenced garden. Decking area, no smoking.

You are located just two miles from the picturesque market town of Tavistock, hence providing easy access to essential local amenities, which also include the indoor market, swimming pool and specialist shops. Enjoy visiting historic Plymouth with its many attractions and National Trust properties such as Cotehele and Buckland Abbey.

Move into Cornwall to see pretty fishing villages such as Polperro and Looe, and top tourist attractions including the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligon. Beautiful beaches in both Devon and Cornwall will keep the bucket and spade brigade happy. Fifteen minutes walk to two village shops and pubs.
