Coast Cottage is a stunning stone 3 storey cottage, perfectly situated only a short walk to the eighteen mile long Chesil Beach. This characterful cottage, complete with ships beams and exposed stone is furnished to a high standard throughout. Externally, the picturesque walled courtyard with table and chairs is perfect for all fresco dining and also offers the ideal place for drying wetsuits after a day at the beach. Portland Marina provides some of the finest small boat sailing waters in Northern Europe and is the official venue for the Olympic sailing events in 2012. Portland also boasts Chesil Beach- an remarkable eighteen mile long shingle beach which is just a short walk from Coast Cottage. The local pub is a short walk away, however, for a greater selection of amenities and attractions, the traditional seaside town of Weymouth can be reached with in a twenty minute drive. Weymouth boasts a large expanse of golden sand, complete with Punch and Judy show and donkey rides in the summer. In Weymouth you will also find an abundance of shops, restaurants and cafes to take pleasure in as well as numerous attractions such as The Sea Life Park and Marine Sanctuary.
