Sitting on the outskirts of the village of Pimperne, which is close to the town of Blandford Forum, is this charming first floor apartment. Located within the owner's house, but with its own private access, this property can accommodate up to three people. Lerryn Apartment has steps leading up to it and one double bedroom with an additional futon sofa bed in the property for additional sleeping if required. There is also a well-presented bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and doors that lead out to a balcony, which offers magnificent countryside views. Amenities/Accommodation Overview This property has full oil central heating. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Lerryn Apartment also features a colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, Wi-Fi, books and DVDs. All of the fuel and power is inclusive and guests are provided with bed linen and towels. Outside the property, there is off road parking for one vehicle, a large decked balcony with outdoor furniture and steps that lead down to a shared garden with a lawn and a pond. Guests are welcome to bring one well behaved dog. This property has a no smoking policy. There are shops and a pub within a short walk away. Local Town Description The village of Pimperne is located close to Cranborne Chase, which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The market town of Blandford Forum is nearby and sits on the banks of the River Stour. It is home to Georgian architecture and hosts a market twice a week. There are also boutiques, antique shops, galleries and restaurants. Other local places of interest include the Cavalcade of Costume museum, a local brewery, the Royal Signals Museum at the Blandford Army Camp, the Heritage Coast and the town of Dorchester.

Excellent place to stay. Had comprehensive equipment and fittings. Decor was very good and the view from the decking area was really good, overlooking a corn field.
