Beautifully positioned just a couple of minutes walk from the sea, the property has ground floor accommodation that sleeps up to five people by way of a double bedroom and a family bunk bedroom having a double bed with a single bed above. The bathroom provides a WC, basin, bath with shower over, while there is a fitted galley style kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and patio door access. Enjoy the lawned front garden and the patio that can be found in the large rear lawned garden with country views and garden bench. Wigtown, that has the reputation as the book town of Scotland, is just a few miles away, while the position, on the southern tip of the Marchars Peninsula has been designated as an outstanding conservation area.
