This idyllic cottage sits in wonderful landscaped garden grounds with spectacular vistas over the Fleet Valley Conservation Area. Extended to incorporate two families, the cottage has plenty of natural light, a stylish decor and is very effectively furnished making it feel like a true home away from home. The garden offers a lot of space for active children and has a furnished patio area and barbecue to tempt you out when the weather is fine. The cottage is within walking distance of the pretty village of Gatehouse of Fleet, which is just ? of a mile away with its rich choice of shops and hotels as well as a huge play park, tennis and golf. The location is superb for recreational activities such as walking, climbing, angling, historical sites and windsurfing on Loch Ken. Create time to visit Threave Gardens or enjoy a beach picnic.

The ground floor includes one double room with a king-size bed, one twin bedroom, lounge, dining room with patio doors to the terrace, sitting room, kitchen, utility room, extra separate WC, new bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. On the first floor there are two double rooms (one with a king size bed), one twin bedroom and a bathroom with a separate shower. Cooking is powered by electricity and there is oil-fired central heating. Guests will have use of the fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, television, video, DVD player, CD player and a telephone. Bed linen and towels are supplied as well.
