Location and little welcoming touches like lots of towels and toilet paper! Very clean. Good heating. Good TV. Owner visited to check all was OK.

The best Sykes accommodation we have ever had and Middleton is a very good spot for walkers. We don't usually return to the same place but we would this time.

We had a very warm welcome after a three hour journey. Milk in the fridge, flowers on the table, and the heating on just in case. Everything you needed was there to get on and enjoy the holiday.
