Ideally located for family breaks, these two marvellous properties are just a matter of minutes walk from the village centre and the glorious sandy beach for which Gullane is famous. The owner would be delighted to arrange golf on various local courses by prior request. The neighbouring area offers superb recreational and leisure facilities for all abilities and ages. Edinburgh is only roughly 1/2 hour by car. Gullane has an array of shops and friendly hotels serving great food and drink. This delightfully traditional detached cottage is wonderfully located on the outskirts of the historic goose green opposite to lt103a. It is surrounded by an idyllic well-established country garden with an isolated walled garden to the back which is quiet and private with outdoor garden furniture on the patio.

The two storey cottage boasts views over the garden to the hills in the distance. The interior is newly decorated and the well set-up rooms are stylish and suitably furnished with considerate finishing touches. The ground floor consists of one twin bedroom, idyllic sitting room, a large dining room with seating area, well placed modern kitchen, study and a bathroom. On the upper floor you can find one double room and one twin bedroom where a cot is available if required. There is also a shower-room on the half landing. Cooking is powered by electricity and there is gas central heating. For larger parties, both properties can be booked together if you wish. Bed linen and towels are supplied and each property is provided with a fridge/freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, colour television, video and CD player/radio and a Playstation.
