With a traceable history going back over two hundred years, it is located on the edge of Crowborough, making it a great base for local exploration, including the Weald area. Just an hour's drive/train journey to London, and about the same distance from Eastbourne on the coast, there are interesting literary connections with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle having lived in Crowborough, and the Ashdown Forest being the setting for A.A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh. One double bed, bathroom, open plan daytime space with kitchen having Washing Machine, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Oven, Hob, and Grill. Books and TV.
