Located close to the beaches of East Sussex at the foot of the South Downs is this collection of three self-catering properties that are situated within a superb barn conversion.

This single-storey property at Barn Owls Cottages can sleep up to four people. There is one double bedroom and a shower room. The split-level lounge has a TV and double sofa bed that can accommodate two extra people for an extra charge of £25 per person payable to the owner. There is also a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside there is a shared garden with a patio area and outdoor furniture. Off-road parking is also available.

This property has a flexible booking option due to connecting doors. It can be hired as a one double bedroom cottage sleeping two people or with a twin room, which means it can sleep up to six people with the double sofa bed.

This is a popular area for walking, with the South Downs offering spectacular trails and scenery. The charming seaside village of Seaford is nearby as is Newhaven, which has a good selection of shops, pubs and cafes. The property is located between the vibrant towns of Eastbourne and Brighton, which offer numerous attractions for visitors.

Up to two pets are accepted with a charge of £15 per dog per week or £10 per dog for a short break.
