Cliff Garden Cottage can be found in the scenic village of Fairlight. It is perfectly placed between Rye and Hastings. It adjoins the owner's home and lies in a prime position on a cliff top so the views over the English Channel and Rye Bay are stunning.

The property itself has a double bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a living room and dining area. This cottage is ideal for any couple that wants a romantic break with spectacular views out to sea in a peaceful location.

Full LPG gas central heating is installed throughout this property. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and a washing machine. The living area has a TV, DVD player, radio and a CD player. There is also a collection of DVDs, books and games for guests to use. Fuel, power and bed linen are all supplied.

Off road parking is available for one car. There is a private patio area with outdoor furniture. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking are allowed. The nearest pub is just a 5 minute walk away and the closest shop is just a 10 minute walk away. Regrettably, no children or babies are allowed.

Local Town Description

The village of Fairlight is a coastal village that has a store, post office, pub and a farm shop. It is conveniently positioned between Hastings and Rye. There is plenty to do for guests in the local area including walks along cliff tops and along the coastline.

Bird watching enthusiasts can visit RSPB at Lydd which is home to some fantastic species of birds in a lush habitat. Rye Harbour Nature Reserve gives the wildlife enthusiasts more opportunities to enjoy themselves. The seaside towns of Eastbourne and Hastings are close by.
