Its pleasing Yorkshire Wolds location finds this attractive semi-detached property set on the owner's working cattle farm where you will also find a caravan and camping site. Straight forward, comfortable accommodation that offers one double bedroom and a shower room with WC, basin and shower. Open plan daytime space with sitting area having electric fire, dining table and small fitted kitchen area. There is a small lawned garden space with furniture.

Nafferton is positioned around the mere and village greens and offers a post office, fish and chip shop, a village shop and four pubs. Splendid Yorkshire Wolds position only two miles from the market town of Driffield.

There is easy walking for the less energetic in this area, and for fans of the coast, there is good access to resorts such as Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough.

Those of you who love stately homes will want to make an effort to include Burton Agnes Hall and Sledmore House on your day tripping itinerary.

The cottage is situated in a peaceful location, with access to lots of scenic walks. With Driffield a short drive away and the local shop a 15 minute walk, we were never left without essentials.
