Cottage Description

A stone built cottage of character, well positioned in the most delightful rural village of Freuchie close to the Lomond Hills. This is a lovely area representing the very best of Scotland, with wonderful scenery and great local touring. Just thirty minutes drive to Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, East Neuk, St. Andrews and Cupar, and under an hour to Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh.

The property has the advantage of a lovely south facing garden, as well as a convenient location for local shops, pubs and hotel. Activities to be found locally include walking, cycling, golf and horse riding. You also have the pleasure of enjoying some of the most beautiful scenery to be found in the British Isles.

The property has two bedrooms offered as a double and a twin, with additional space provided with an additional sofa bed in the living room. Also available for the younger family are a travel cot, fire guard, a high chair and stair gates. Bath and WC located on the ground floor.

The well presented kitchen offers oven, hob and grill, toaster, freezer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The property comes with a TV, games, books, DVD and CD players. Wireless internet is provided.

Towels, bed linen, iron and ironing board included, also power and fuel. Pets allowed, but regrettably no smoking.
