This extensive farmhouse provides a beautiful family home and is fantastically positioned in amongst rolling farmland. It is less than 10 miles from the fishing villages and beaches of the scenic East Neuk. It has been carefully modernised to offer comfortable accommodation whilst also retaining the authentic character features. The rooms are bright, effectively decorated with unique touches and furnished in a sufficient style.

The large enclosed garden is well kept with lawns and shrubberies. There is also secure storage space for sports equipment. All of the rooms, particularly the sun lounge, enjoy far stretching views of the surrounding area making this the ideal property for a peaceful holiday in a tranquil environment.

This property is attached to the Scottish Equestrian Centre which offers riding for all levels and the neighbouring area holds a vast choice of activities, situated in the heart of golfing country. It is also just 2 miles from Cluny Clays, one of the largest recreational centres.

When you add the gorgeous beaches with sailing amenities, gliding and walking, then you have the components for a brilliant recreational holiday.

There is a ground floor lounge with an open fire, dining room, library/sun lounge, breakfasting kitchen, bathroom, utility room with shower over bath. On the first floor is a one double and one twin bedroom, one bedroom with single bed and an extra roll out bed with a shower room. A cot is also available. Cooking is done by electricity and there is an oil-fired central heating plus open fire. You will also find a fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, television, DVD and a CD player. Bed linen and towels are provided.
