The Steadings is just four miles from iconic St. Andrews with its world famous golf course and marvellous beaches. It is comfortably appointed and is well positioned for local takeaways, pub and village shops. The cottage forms part of a steading dating back to about 1845, and is well set in a conservation area and in the shadow of the twelfth century church. As well as St. Andrews, further touring and exploration will take you to the East Neuk of Fife, Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh, as well as several charming fishing villages. Great transport with Leuchars train station a mile away, and regular buses to St. Andrews. There is one king size bedroom and a double, with bathroom having shower and full sized bath. Lounge, diner, kitchen having oven, hob and grill, toaster, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Wireless broadband, TV, DVD player, CD player and games. Garden with barbecue and furniture. Pets allowed by prior arrangement. Laundry service upon request. Inclusive of towels, bed linen, power, fuel, cot and high chair availability, regrettably no smoking. Off road parking.
