Cottage Description

This newly converted barn is situated in a beautiful rural setting in Flintshire and is close to a variety of local attractions. The property offers spacious accommodation and can sleep up to six people.

The Dairy has an entrance hall that leads on to a sitting room with TV, an electric wood burning effect stove and wooden floors. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area contains an auto-washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, freezer, large fridge and a microwave. There is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room/toilet on the ground floor and a separate cloakroom with toilet. On the first floor is a double bedroom and twin bedroom, which both have sloping ceilings. There is also a bathroom/toilet with separate shower cubicle. A hairdryer, linen (duvets) and towels are provided.

The Dairy has a pleasant garden with a patio area and outdoor furniture and adjoins a similar property. There is a shop and pub just one-and-a-half miles away and it is located close to beautiful beaches and a selection of nearby golf courses. Ramblers can enjoy the Clwydian Hills and Offas Dyke path walks, which are both within easy reach.

The city of Chester is a short drive away and has historic Roman Wall walks, a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and its world famous Zoo. Just three miles away is the pretty market town of Holywell, home to one of the Seven Wonders of Wales, St Winefrides Well.

This is a no-smoking property that does not allow guests to bring pets. There is parking space available and Wheelchair access provided. The property benefits from electric and oil central heating, which is included.

Really lovely place to stay. Owners very friendly and helpful. Accomodation excellent and very spacious. Very well equipt and suitable for children and those with mobility problems. Can't recommend this cottage highly enough. Can't wait to go back and stay again next year! An excellent holiday cottage experience. Most friendly and hospitable welcome from the family. Absolutely spotlessly clean throughout.
