About a mile from Afonwen, and only eight miles from both Mold and Denbigh, Watermill Studio cottage offers detached studio style accommodation ideal for use as a holiday base, being set in the grounds of the owner's home.

Converted from part of an old watermill, the ground floor accommodation has open plan studio accommodation with a super king sized double that can be singles if required. Sitting, dining and kitchen areas. Shower room having basin, WC and shower.

Use of lawned garden with outdoor furniture, patio, barbecue and views of the River Wheeler. Two car off road parking.

Regret no smoking, two dogs allowed, Craft centre and pub about a mile and a half away, two miles to pub and village shops.

The village of Afonwen itself is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and being set on the northern edge of the Clwydian Range, offers the very best of coast and countryside. You are close to Ruthin, Denbigh and Mold, with great craft centres and super shops. Prestatyn has a Blue Flag beach with fishing, watersports and bathing. Marvellous bird watching, mountain biking and walking on the Offa's Dyke Pathway and the Clwydian Range.
