An appealing first floor mews style property offering easily run holiday accommodation. Surrounded by ancient beech woodlands, and set in the owner's grounds, the property is bright, spacious and decorated in a pleasing white tone.

The accommodation is on the first floor reached from a ground floor lobby by way of internal stairs. The one bedroom is a king sized super double which can be twins if requested. The shower room has a WC, basin and large walk-in shower area. The delightful open plan day time space provides a sitting area with access to south facing roof terrace plus a double sofa bed and dining and kitchen areas.

Two car off road parking, cycle storage by arrangement, and use of the gardens belonging to the owner. Delightful Cotswold Hills position, with direct footpath access.

Displaying all the charm and beauty of the delightful Cotswold Hills, the area is made up of beautiful countryside with superb walking including the nearby Cotswold Way. Both Cheltenham and Gloucester, two different towns both full of history should be on your day tripping list.

Nearby Cranham Common has evidence of possibly the largest iron age fort in Europe, making it and the surrounding area a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
